Crypto Market Outlook: From Recovery to a Potential New Uptrend

In my view, the crypto market may have moved beyond the recovery phase that began in July and could now be entering the early stages of a new bullish trend.
Bitcoin has recovered strongly from around USD 60,000 to nearly USD 90,000, significantly narrowing the gap to its previous all-time high near USD 125,000.
However, for the market to move sustainably toward higher price levels, further corrections are still likely. One important scenario to watch is a potential retest of the USD 80,000 support area before Bitcoin attempts another leg higher.
One of the key factors supporting the recent recovery has been the improving regulatory environment in the United States, particularly the positive developments surrounding the CLARITY Act. This has strengthened expectations that the US regulatory framework for digital assets could become clearer and more supportive of broader market participation.
Overall, Bitcoin’s longer-term market structure appears to be improving, but short-term corrections are still likely to remain a natural part of the process as a new bullish trend develops.
